**Flycart**
**1. Introduction**
This agreement ("Terms") outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Flycart website (the "Website") and the services we offer (the "Services").
**2. Acceptance of Terms**
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Website.
**3. Your Account**
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
**4. Products and Services**
We offer a variety of products for sale through the Website. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to describe the products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
**5. Orders and Payment**
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to pay the purchase price listed for the items you ordered. We accept various payment methods, which will be clearly outlined at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
**5.1. Order Confirmation:** You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS notification once your order is placed.
**5.2. Order Cancellation:** You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order cannot be canceled.
**5.3. Order Changes:** We cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you need to make changes, you must cancel your order and place a new one.
**5.4. Payment Authorization:** By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order.
**5.5. Payment Security:** We use secure payment processing services to protect your payment information. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe.
**6. Shipping and Delivery**
We currently do not offer shipping or delivery.
**7. Order Pickup**
**7.1. Availability:** Order pickup is available at all Flycart locations during regular business hours.
**7.2. Order Placement:** Orders for pickup can be placed online only.
**7.3. Order Confirmation:** You will receive a confirmation email and SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup.
**7.4. Pickup Process:** Please bring a valid government-issued ID and your order confirmation email or SMS including the provided QR code when picking up your order.
**7.5. Pickup Window:** Orders will be held for pickup for 14 business days following the notification.
**7.6. Unclaimed Orders:** Orders not picked up within 14 business days will be returned to our inventory and a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
**8. Returns and Refunds**
Return policies are defined by the store where the product was purchased. Please refer to the store's return policy for more information.
We do ensure that every store on Flycart has at a minimum, a full refund return policy if product is returned in it's original unopened packaging
within 14 days from the date of purchase.

**9. Intellectual Property**
The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
**10. Disclaimer of Warranties**
The Website and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
**11. Limitation of Liability**
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website or the Services.
**12. Term and Termination**
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website for any reason at any time, with or without notice.
**13. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA.
**14. Dispute Resolution**
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Website and the Services.
**16. Changes to Terms & Conditions**
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. You are expected to review the Terms regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
