# How Flycart works

Flycart provides a one stop shop for customers to find and buy products online from local businesses near them. 

Customers get the convenience of shopping online while business owners get the opportunity to get new customers and sell more products. It's a win/win!

## How it works for a customer

* You find products on [https://flycart.io](https://flycart.io) and add items to your shopping cart
* Once you are ready, you checkout and pay for all of their items in your cart, even if it's from multiple stores. 
* You will then get an email with a special QR code for each store that you will take into the store to pickup your items.





## How it works for a store

* If someone purchases an item from you, you will get an email with the order details. You can also find all the orders for your store in your business console. 
* If someone comes in to pickup their items, simply scan the QR code they present to you and it will take you to a page with the order details. 
* Once you have given the items to the customer, click the "Picked Up" button on the order page to mark that order as complete. 
* To receive payment, you can click the "Request Payout" button to initiate a payment. Payouts will be done by wire transfers initially, but we plan to have many other options in the near future. Let us know how you would like to receive payouts and we'll try to accommodate.
